Robert Branch

Robert Branch, my great-great-grandfather, was born in January of 1835, in the commonwealth of Virginia.

In 1860, Robert married Louisa. 

In 1880, they lived in Bermuda Magisterial District, with their son – my great-grandfather Edward (age 12) – and their daughter Lelia (age 6).

[There may have been another daughter (age 2) at this time; the 1880 Census Records indicate such, but remain unclear.]

In 1900, Robert and Louisa still lived in the Bermuda Magisterial District.

In 1910, Robert worked as a farmer and lived at 255 Bermuda Hundred Road.  Louisa (or Louise) worked as a launderer.
